ORGANIZATION
Realty Referrals Only Network is a California Licensed Broker organized for the specific purpose of allowing holders of inactive California Real Estate Licenses to park their licenses with the brokerage, Realty Referrals Only Network, for the purpose of receiving commissions for referrals, throughout the world.
REFERRAL FEES
Licensees receive 75% of the referral fee negotiated. Referral fees are typically 20-35% of commission negotiated. Referrals must include complete name, phone numbers, email addresses and physical address( when relevant, ei for a listing lead). Licensees may chose referral Agent, or Realty Referrals Only Network Broker with vet and find the best agent for the referral.
Leads can be for buyers, sellers and investors, both residential and commercial and maybe made throughout the world.

New Home Sales are included, just by registering the client with the builder.

WHAT YOU CANNOT DO
You are forbidden from listing properties for sale, assisting buyers in the purchase of properties and receiving commissions directly from other brokerages.
​
However, if your circumstances change, and you decide to start selling real estate, we will be required to remove your license from the Realty Referral Only Network, but any referrals in the pipeline will still be paid as agreed.
